1969 - UNIX was Devloped, Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie
1971 - First edition of Unix released 11/03/1971.
1983 - AT&T is splitted -> It can sell software
1983 - The GNU project is first announced by Richard Stallman

A program is free software if the program's users have the four essential freedoms:
